Editor: Donald Trump is exactly correct. This is an issue that should be left to each individual state. The larger problem is not this ruling but rather the Democrat policy of unfettered abortion up to and sometimes even after birth. I suspect that ultimately the legislature will come up with a ruling banning abortion after around 15 weeks - I would prefer that there be no abortions but I understand that the population is not there yet. Editor: Arizona does not need the Arizona Access Act to protect a woman’s right to an abortion. It is a radical departure from what Roe v Wade. It provides for a fundamental right to an abortion to an individual (woman) with literally no limitations.
