Special hours for phone calls to Assessor's Office

 MOHAVE COUNTY - On Feb. 1, the Mohave County Assessor mailed the 2014 notices of value to property owners or their mortgage lenders.

Due to the anticipated volume of phone calls, the office is limiting direct answering of phone calls to between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. weekdays for the month of February.

During this time period, all staff will be manning the phones exclusive of other duties. Those phone calls that remain unanswered or are received during the remaining work hours will go to voicemail. The office hopes to address or return all calls within the following week.

Emails can be sent to assessorhelp@mohavecounty.us and will be responded to within a week.
