Governor's tour stopping by Mohave County

KINGMAN - Gov. Jan Brewer is making her annual tour of the state and will be stopping in Kingman Wednesday afternoon to speak with residents.
She will speak from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Mohave County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 300 W. Beale St. It is free to attend, but residents interested in attending should RSVP to the Kingman Chamber of Commerce at (928) 753-6253.
According to the governor's office, the public will not have a chance to ask Brewer questions after her speech.
She will also be speaking at the Mohave County Republican Forum at 5 p.m. on Wednesday at the Elks Lodge, 900 Gates Ave. The cost to attend is $13 and includes dinner. Seating is limited. Call Rita Basinger at (928) 692-4771 or send an email to ritabasinger@ citlink.net to make a reservation.
Brewer will also speak at the 11 a.m. groundbreaking of the new Tri-State Shooting Park, about 10 miles southeast of Bullhead City off of Boundary Cone Road.
