KINGMAN - A 20-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday on felony burglary charges, criminal damage and sexual conduct with a minor.
Kenzie Ranelle Allison was arrested after Kingman Police detectives concluded an investigation into residential and commercial burglaries that occurred in December.
The burglaries occurred on Dec. 16 at a residence in the 1000 block of Valley View Avenue and at a business in the 200 block of N. Fourth Street the following day.
In both incidents, entry was forced, said Kingman Police Capt. Rusty Cooper.
Investigators, he said, found evidence that links Allison and a 14-year-old boy to the crimes. The boy is also the alleged victim in the sexual conduct charge. He awaits formal charges, said Cooper.
Allison is the daughter of Jennifer Allison and younger sister of the late Ariel Allison, who was murdered on July 4, 2009 in Kingman.
A jury sentenced Ariel Allison's killer, Darrell Ketchner, to death row last month.
