Prison drug charges among indictments handed down

KINGMAN - The Mohave County Grand Jury on Thursday indicted Ana Maria Cabezas, the 20-year-old Phoenix woman who was caught allegedly smuggling roughly 40 grams of drugs into the Arizona State Prison - Kingman during a visit with an unidentified inmate earlier this month.

Cabezas faces four counts of promoting prison contraband, one count of possession of narcotics and one count of possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine).

She was not indicted on two original charges of involving minors in a drug offense. Two children, ages 1 and 3, were with her during the visit.

Her arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Judge Derek Carlisle.

The Grand Jury also indicted:

• Keith Allen Myers, Debbie Noy Thongthipvoravong and Toby Byby Thongthipvoravong, one count of transportation of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds) and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Judge Carlisle.

• Larry Alden Ellis III, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Friday in front of Judge Rick Williams.

• Belarmino Joshua Jacquez, two counts of third-degree burglary, one count possession of burglary tools and one count of theft.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Friday in front of Judge Williams.

• Brandon Kurtis Nichols, one count theft of means of transportation.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Judge Carlisle.

• Lester Bill Lonian, one count of unlawful use of means of transportation.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Judge Carlisle.

• Amanda Rose Boske, one count of theft of credit card and one count of forgery.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Monday in front of Judge Steven Conn.

• Tyler James Harwood, two counts of sexual conduct with a minor under 15 years of age.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Judge Carlisle.

• Joseph James Benjamin, one count of possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. Friday in front of Judge Williams.

• John Outher Haltom, one count of possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Judge Carlisle.

• Donald Joseph Wagner, three counts of aggravated assault (class 2 felony) and one count of aggravated assault (class 6 felony) and one count of disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Judge Carlisle.

• Keith Dwayne R. Morse and Raymond Joseph Mangrum, one count of unlawful use of means of transportation, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), one count of possession of marijuana (misdemeanor), one count of theft (misdemeanor), and one count of theft of means of transportation.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Judge Carlisle.

• Francisco Mendoza-Vega, one count of transportation of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), one count of transportation of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds) and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Judge Carlisle.

• Kentrell Jordan Everett, one count of transporting marijuana for sale, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of theft of means of transportation.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Monday in front of Judge Conn.
