Suspects face drug, robbery charges

KINGMAN - A Lake Havasu City kindergarten teacher and alleged drug dealer was one of 20 people - who face a combined 52 counts - the Mohave County Grand Jury indicted on Thursday.

Teacher Stefanie Courson, 42, and Michael Stucker, 43, were arrested Dec. 6 following a one-month multi-agency undercover narcotics investigation.

Detectives reportedly purchased hundreds of prescription-only drugs from Courson on several occasions throughout the investigation. Stucker allegedly supplied Courson with the painkillers and other drugs.

Courson and Stucker face eight felony counts, including three for sale of narcotics, sale of dangerous drugs, sale of prescription only drugs, possession of narcotics for sale, possession of dangerous drugs for sale and possession of prescription only drugs for sale.

Their arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Friday in front of Judge Rick Williams.

Also arraigned Thursday was a pair of alleged bank robbers.

Robert Charles Wallace, 71, faces three counts of armed robbery related to a trio of alleged bank crimes, two in Kingman and one in Bullhead City.

His arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of Judge Derek Carlisle.

Cody Michael Salisbury faces a count of robbery and a count of theft after allegedly robbing a Kingman bank Dec. 4.

The Golden Valley man, 25, will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Friday in front of Williams.

• Stephanie Dawn Vickers: two counts of aggravated DUI while under the influence with a minor present, two counts of driving a vehicle while presence of drug in system, two counts of abuse by domestic violence and two counts of aggravated assault by domestic violence - all felonies.

Vickers' arraignment is set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of Carlisle.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Larry Lee Green: unlawful use of means of transportation, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Arraignment is set for Monday in front of Judge Steven Conn.

• Joann Mora Martinez-Runstrom: Unlawful use of means of transportation and aggravated harassment.

Arraignment took place at 8:30 a.m. Friday in front of Williams.

• Thomas Russo: organized retail theft, unlawful removal of theft detection device and shoplifting using an artifice to facilitate.

Arraignment is set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of Carlisle.

• Gerald Ray Langston: theft.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Monday in front of Conn.

• Daniel James Burke: two counts of third-degree burglary.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Monday in front of Conn.

• Nathan Franklin Meadville: forgery.

Arraignment is set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of Carlisle.

• Eric Michael Seltzer: transportation of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds), possession of marijuana for sale (more than four pounds), and two counts of possession of narcotics and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arraignment is set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of Carlisle.

• Sergio Villa Chavez: unlawful use of means of transportation.

Arraignment is set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of Carlisle.

• Randal Scott McIntyre: aggravated domestic violence and disorderly conduct by domestic violence (misdemeanor).

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Friday in front of Williams.

• Breanna Nicole Flowers: promoting prison contraband, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Monday in front of Conn.

• Joy Larae Bell: possession of narcotics, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) and possession of marijuana.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Friday in front of Williams.

• Krista Lynn Page: possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Monday in front of Conn.

• Jacob Don Susanyatame: aggravated driving a vehicle while under the influence with a minor present.

Arraignment is set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of Carlisle.

• Robert Donald Lapeer: aggravated assault.

Arraignment is set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of Carlisle.

• Rose Marie Brown: third-degree burglary.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Monday in front of Conn.
